עגלת השינוע למלגזה מתוכננת ומותאמת לשינוע של מטען, סחורה, משטחים וכו'. יתרון העגלה הוא בכך שניתן לשנע מספר משטחים יחד מנקודה לנקודה (במקום משטח-משטח) ובכך לחסוך זמן וכסף.

יתרון נוסף הוא בכך שניתן לשנע מטען ארוך מאוד ולהעביר אותו דרך פתחים צרים (דלתות, שערים וכו'). עגלת השינוע מותאמת להעברת מטען ברחבי המפעל והמחסן באמצעות מלגזה, ללא הגבלת תנועה. מבנה העגלה ואופן הרכבתה על שיני המלגזה, מאפשרים שינוע ועבודה עם עומס ומשקלים כבדים, ללא צורך במאמץ פיזי של העובד. אמצעי החיבור בין קלשוני המלגזה לעגלה מאפשרים את תמרון העגלה קדימה ואחורנית בצורה בטוחה ונוחה לתפעול, תוך שמירה על שדה ראייה מקסימלי.
